About Us Who We Are

Building Better Leaders
& High Performance Teams

At Lead and Achieve our job is to build better leaders, create stronger teams, empower individuals and promote high performance. A job we take very seriously.

We have worked with C-suite executives, senior managers, entrepreneurs leading multi-million dollar start-ups and executive leadership teams across Australia, Central and Eastern Europe, the USA and Caribbean. From Fortune 500 companies to SMEs, NGOs and Government departments. Sectors include finance, logistics, pharmaceuticals, telcos, FMCGs, financial services, education, energy, retail, hospitality, agriculture, professional services and emergency services.

Our clients are exigent. If they don't see results, we don't see the work. Strong results and a generous return on investment have meant an expansion of our services across the globe, and service contracts measured in years.

We believe the key to success is using psychology to engage with people and teams, to activate their potential and to deliver results. Whether you are an individual, a team or an organisation, we'd like to partner with you to identify your needs, fulfil them and achieve your goals.

Christopher has written several books, he is the author of DICE. A Practical Method for Building Better Leaders.
